IDA Ireland welcomes TELUS International’s jobs announcement for Co Mayo

28th October 2021 IDA Ireland today welcomed the announcement by TELUS International AI Data Solutions that it has begun hiring up to 30 new roles in Ballina.
 
Lionbridge AI, has been based in Ballina for more than 20 years and employs c.170 people. It was acquired in December 2020 by TELUS International, a digital customer experience (CX) innovator that designs, builds and delivers next-gen solutions for global and disruptive brands. 
 
TELUS International employ 56,000 people across the world. The Ballina facility is now the third Irish operation joining facilities in Dublin and Cork.
